Receptionist – Be the Friendly Face of Our Company
Are you organized, personable, and enjoy being the first point of contact? We are seeking a professional Receptionist to warmly welcome visitors and provide excellent support to our team and clients. Part-time or full-time receptionist positions available. We offer flexible schedules within our operating hours of Monday - Friday 8 am through 5 pm.
About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our company, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide general support to team members and management as requested.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency is a plus.
